Fill My Cup is a culmination of my intimate and uniquely curated personal experiences. Hi, I'm Evie, an overcomer of interpersonal violence, with a passion to create change by turning my tragedy to testimony.

To fill your cup means to replenish the stores of mental, emotional and physical energy. To stop and recharge your life's battery. It's an inspirational prayer when you feel like giving up. For me, that was leaning into my faith to quench my thirsty soul at the bottom of my pit. With the help of an incredible trauma therapist and my amazing tribe, my cup began to overflow with joy again through self love, travels, cooking, and adventures. I look forward to sharing them with you through my blog and power poems! My hope is, this will be a place that will:
